You can alt+tab between the two and give each one focus. The emulator/app consists of two screens, the game display and the control board. Make sure you only have the emulator running on your pc, no other applications that you can alt+tab between. If you want to get full screen, it works the same as the 4 game windows build that were released a few years back.
